After having all evidence investigating officer registered FIR but purposely not added some sections to shield accused.
I approached the MM court and requested further investigation and now further sections are added to FIR.
Please suggest can I file any suit or complain against the investigating officer for not adding Section in primary FIR.
No, you cannot take any action against the investigating officer in this reegard.
The court has already directed for further investigation hence it cannot be considered as an illegal act by the IO.
