Forgery in transfer of shares

Sir,

How can I legally challenge a illegal transfer of shares deal which was on the basis of a  Share transfer deed form dated 10/2/1995 and  which was revalidated on 2/2/2005 for shares sold on 26/1/2005 be valid in law for the transfer agent & company registrar to accept and effect transfer of shares.

Other irregularities seen in the said revalidated transfer deed.

 1. The valve of the shares grossly differ . The market price of shares on 26/1/2005 was Rs. 2,07,000/ but  the transfer deed reads as Rs 22,300/

2. The stamp duty which should have been Rs. 1035 has been paid only Rs 111 on the transfer deed

 3. The transfer deed form is filled by a share broker 2 years after the death of the Share owner and transferred in the name of the buyer because the buyer had physical excess to shares
