Fraud of education training institute

Respected sir,

This is a report against Feria Solutions Banglore for non-delivery of services and non-refund of money that I paid for the training course and in return they are using abusive language and also frightening us on mobile for the last two months. Due to their fraudulent activities we are mentally and physically harassed. 

Please help me on this what action i can take aginst them.If anybody wants I can share all details.

Please help me guide me.

You can file Consumer case under Consumer Protection Act.  Immediately file a police complaint in the local P.S. for abusive language and threatening, cheating, physical and mental harassment etc.  Normally the training Institute people will be influential and will be mingled with the police. If you do not any response from the police, meet the higher officials i.e. Commissioner of Police or S.P. as the case may be.  They will help you.

if you are convinced it is deficiency of service then concumer court

 

if you are convinced that it is fraud then go to thana.
