These days many of us receive calls from telemarketing agents for some kind of investments. these agents explain the insurance policies and sometimes even offer some freebies/discounts or provide incorrect information. if the buyer asks for some official email , the telemarketing agents fail to do so.
If the buyer complaints about the same before or afetr taking the policy, the insurance company generally asks for any official communication which unfortunately does not exists.
I have thought of a counter attack for this marketing gimmick.
I issue a cheque in favour of the insurance company along with the proposal form bearing my signatures Later stop the cheque payment by informing my bank. the insurance company will have to lok into this matter and subsequently question the telemarketing agency.
Will doing this attract any legal action from the insurance company?
