Action of Admin should be transparent and justified.

As shown on this site, the category "OTHERS" also included with subcategories "General Disussion" and "Jokes" too. Members here are educated and well known to legal and illegal things. So when they post topics in "General Discussion", why threads are being deleted without any jstification? If felt needed, the better way Admin. should post their objection and let the members opt for responsibilty.

What is objectionable as per our Constitution is that NO SUCH COMMUNAL MATERIAL BE POSTED HERE SINCE IT IS A SITE DECLARED AS THE "INTERACTIVE PLARFORM FOR LAWYER AND INDIAN PUBLIC". So, here are the members from all sections and in case any specific commuity given partiality, IT HURTS THE PROCISIONS OF ARTICLE 51-A wherein our constitutional duties have been described.

Accordingly, the Admin should not allow here any such postings for propagation of religion, caste, region, language, race, class or gender etc. Hence, Admin, please review all the postings on record and clean the site accordingly to maintain ideals of democratic equality.

To improve this site, first step to be taken is that descripttion of fake names and ocupations or designations must not be allowed. Persons like below should not be granted membership :

The site is in public domain, so it would be better if certain action of admin is transparent. Like why suddenly some members face an hour's restriction..

The use of filthy and bad language to be restricted, and if some members are allowed to use it, there should be an explanation why it has been allowed

If some thread is being deleted, it should be deleted with at one liner explanation as to why it is being deleted, so that such postings are not posted by the members in future

The criteria of deletion of threads should be made explicit

Transparency and unbiased criteria always make an organisaiton more effective and fair...be it private or public....and it is one of the good practices to follow

Sometimes certain threads have been closed suddenly without any understandable reason. A short explantion my be given for those threads also.

Here it doesn't mean that I am degraing the members but it is for reviewing the posts of those who are in race of score and it is noticed that members in LCI Admin do favour by way of;

- Deletion of threads

- Banning of accounts

- Restrictions to some members for one hour etc.

and gives safe way to their favoured members / friends / relatives etc.

Blind faith on anyone is not good.

Go to family forum and see how content has been removed from one of the threads without any justification: Gazar Mooli ki Tarah..

These posts were something which may not have been liked by the admini, but why? They were raising pertinent issues, they were resisting some member's ongoing indecency and Khule Aam Pairavi of illicit relationships...and promotion of women's subjugation

So sarveshkumar ji, in a public domain like this, it cannot be unquestioned worship to admin...
