I have worked for a company for 14 months and although performance is given still company has terminated employee, before that, one month notice is given saying company will take serious action. Termination date: 26th Dec 2017.
And employee sent resignation email on 29th Dec 2017 and accepted by CEO of company to whom he is reporting.
Question:
Can employee get last months salary?
Can he claim his travel bills?
After he submitted his sales purchase orders and if client is rejected , Is it employees responsibility
