I have purchased a flat in a gated community, Hyderabad. We have paid around 3 to 4 lacks for club house amenities(facilities) . In sale deed, it is written that builder has right to sell all the club house's commercial facilities.
Does builder have any authority to sell facilities despite we paid money for club house facilities ?
