This is bhattachee wan to know about the question of general power of attorney.
I am in a business of real estate matter. Want to know that i have already entered in a development agreement along with power of attorney (Notary public) and the construction work going on of the aforesaid project. Kindly note that the owners have already given me the power to execute deed of conveyance in favour of intending purchaser leaving the owners allocation, now my question is that may I eligible to transfer the flat title on signing the deed of conveyance on behalf of the owners to intending byers, if so please explain me the law point.
