Im a non agriculturist but my grandfather is aggriculterist in Andhra.
I purchased agriculture land in bangalore and registered on my wife name who have aggriculture supported documents.
Now I want her to give me gift deed but will I be eligible to get the aggriculture land as a gift because I dont posses agriculture supported document other than my grandfather has the document.
Please guide me urgently.
