Grandson's right over property

Sir / Madam,


My Father tries to sell the Property, withour my Knowledge & Acceptance, for having Money.


Actually, it is my Grandmother's Self Acquired Property.

Now she is no more.


" I wish to protect the property for my Mother ".


My Question is .....

 

Whether I have the right over the Property or not.


To Sell the Property whether my Acceptance (Signature) is needed or not.

 

I expect Professional's reply.

sir/madam,

   Actually I want to tell you that My grandfather make a will,  but this will is not pass by notary and doesn't have any stamp and sign by gazzettted officer or any lawyer but having the sign of my grandfather in urdu. now my grandfather and grandmother both are died.

In this will, my grandfather named his all property for his 4 sons out of five.

so, I ask u that Shall I have rights to claim my grandfather property. i am the son of unnamed son according to this type of will.
