I am a pvt organisation employee . i gave some blank cheques and signed in some blank papers as a part of the guarantor for one of my friends for a chit company . now she is not paying the dues properly to the company as well as she is not ready to give the cheques
Please give me an idea about the legal implications and how i can get the cheques and papers back since she is not paying it properly
does chit firm is having any authority to sue me in a court of law
can i give stop paymet for these cheques and get the cheque back
