i want to purchase a plot in pune. I have zeroed down my search on one plot. The issue here is the plot is not N.A. The society has the layout but i am not sure if the layout is approved.
I want to know if it is ok to Gunthewari plot in Pune.
The area of the plot is 3000sqft. Will my plan pass?
What are all documents should be checked to ensure validity and authenticity of the plot?
If i have to convert this plot from gunthewari to N.A. what extra benefits will i get and how much it will cost me in terms of time required and money involved?
