Haryana apartment ownership act vs haryana registration and regulation of societies act

I own a flat in Gurgaon and default member of AOA as per Deed of Apartment. Now few residents want to create RWA under HRRS.

1) Can HRRS override Haryana AOA act as all buyers are default member of AOA (If yes, kindly quote any case number in past)

2) Can law force me to be part of HRRS (if yes kindly quote law rule or case number of past)

3) How many RWA can be created in one society as per HRRS.

Application and membership of Haryana Apartments Act is different from forming RWA under the Haryana Societies Registration Act.

Provisions of both the above Acts are different and none of them override other one, wherein membership is voluntary (not compulsory or mandatory) in both cases.

For procedure to form a RWA you should contact and consult a local pruent lawyer.
