i neeed help. can complainant go privately for appeal directly to supreme court, if case is not charged in session. and the state filling case in high court due to not serious pp court giving long date for hearing. complainant go for appeal privately to supreme court directly and not filling case in high court ?
please if possible provide some judgement on mistaken belief of marriage. friendhip love intimacy and made physical relations that come under 375/376.
