Help me

I am a mother of a illfated girl. My daughter had an affair with a boy. Sudenly the boy got transferred to some another place and started to avoid my daughter. She was very much upset due to this. She told me that the boy promised her to marry. One morning we found her hangged herself in the bathroom. She left a letter to the boy but the problem is nowhere his name is mentioned. She did not left any suicide note. Then also we lodged a complaint against that boy. The boy was arrested and police filed a case s/c 306 against him. We know he will be accquitted from the court as we don't have any evidence without my daughter's word. We want to teach a lession to the boy so what we did we had taken dates after dates from the court. But we had only 4 witnesses and now all the witnesses have been completed only the cross examination is remaining. We had already taken a date from court. Now tell many more dates we can take from the court so that we can extend the hearing and can ruin the life of the unfaithful boy who had ruined my daughters life. Please suggest

Except keeping wittnesses absent  yout dont have any other way, but it is a govt., case Public Prosecutor will be held responsible for not keeping wittnesses present, he may be warned by the court or court may pass an order " not offered for cross examination"

Thanks for your reply. I have a question. If the court passes an order "not offered for cross examination then in how many days the hearing will happen and I have heard that if we want to keep our witnesses absent on due date then also we can get only 3 days that means we have already taken one date from court and on next date if we keep the witnesses absent from the court on the 3rd date given by the court we have to be present otherwise the oppurtunity of cross examination will be lost. Is it true? Please suggest.
