A lady who has filed a case against her huband of 498 A, 4 years back, and the boy who appeared in court last year when police arrested him from his home. Since the boy was not aware about all these case and he was innocent but law says a man can only be wrong. He stays with his wife only for 7 days after marriage and then after girl went back to her fathers home. Now the girl is trying to take his life; she filed, Domestice Voilance, Maintainance as well against him... the boy was working in a organization in bangalore as an outsource and later on promoted for company pay roll...now some girl got that one of the branch of the company;s address and added in her petition...
Now my question if the boy has reliving letter from his outsource company (though he is working now as a payroll employee)and if he can show,in that court will send any letter on company address to verify???
how we can save it, can anyone please help its urgent...
