Highcourt proceedings revision petition

For 498a, 506(ii)

At last, after 3.5 years, the discharge petition 239 is dimissed in lower court. Quash filed, but rejected in same day. Revision petition is admitted under Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (2 of 1974). The counsel suggests chances are remote only, but they are trying to get parents acquitted.

1. I am not infomred on hearing dates..etc, and high court website just says pending. how to know next hearing dates at High Court
2. what is the procedure in high court at this stage? how long it may take?
3. will the ex-wife be asked to appear? she might not appear at all, as she has literally ran away.
4. would this process have negative impact while charges are framed when trial starts?

kindly help. thank you.

Which High Court? Every High Court has its own procedures. Your advocate ought to be the best guide.
