Our lawyer is saying that after the bifurcation of high court, all the cases records were sent from Hyderabad to Amaravathi and those records were kept in the godown. Amaravathi court staff is not sorting out those records from the godown and keeping in the order to post the cases for hearing.
I am getting this response from our lawyer for the last 3 and half months. Our case is quash petition for the criminal case.
Is it true that cases records were kept in godown and not sorted out by the staff ? Could someone confirm please.
