House property

I have a property in Calcutta which is 130 years old. The house is in very dangerous condition and it needs urgent repairing. In one part of the house there is a tenant who is residing there for more than 20 years. If the house needs to be repaired , the roof is required complete overhauling and it should be demolished. In  order to do so , I have taken following steps

1 . Inform Local Bouro of Calcutta Corporation by way of a letter , stating the fact of the house.

2. Copy of this letter marked to local police station , informing the position and present status of the house. 

3. Local Corporation Asst. Engg. came and Inspected the property and issued a notice stating it is dangerous house and needs urgent repairing. 

Now I would like to know the following. 

a) Whether I should inform my tenant to shift somewhere for temporary time for reparing of the same. It appears he may not shift

b) Whether I should give legal notice stating the same.

c) whether I should go to get any court order for vaccating the property

d) If tenant vaccated , Can I demolish the roof and repair it

e) whether my tenant can go to court for temporary releif i.e to get temporary accomodation on my cost till i repair the property.

 

Kindly calrify the above and help me to going in the right path.
