When the value of the subject matter is up to Rs. 15 Lacs, the ad valorem court fees leviable is Rs. 31,230. According to that, for 29 Lacs, it should be around 60,000.

It all depends on possession.  If the plaintiff is in joint possession and claims as such the court fee in some states is Rs.200/- and when the plaintiff is not in possession the ad valorem court fees are collected on the market value of the property limited to the extent of the plaintiff share.  Contact local advocate.

The court fee for suit for partition is just nominal, you don't need to pay on valuation of property .
