hello, to all experts, sir me and my co-brother ( Wife's Sisters Husband) thinking to buy single property plot jointly, the land is such a way that, it cannot cannot be divided and registered independently , we are thinking to go for loan to buy property, but hte banks are saying , they dont give loans to buy property jointly in a realtionship like us, they say it should be registered under single name. Now if it is registered in single name, other person will loose ownership, but both of us have intrest in that property. how to deal with situation. plz give some good suggestions
