I have a exact address of house situated at "E.W.S (Economical Weaker Section) Kengeri Upanagara".
I need to get the sale deed or EC of the above address.....
I have approached Electricity board, but their the owner haven't given any document to get electric connection only plan is available without any other details.....
I don't know the survey number or any other details of that property for getting EC on that address I need to know the page Number, Survey number etc... Its very important document which needs to be produced to court as evidence on whose name the property belongs. Kindly suggest how to get those details.
Can I Apply RTI to get the SALE Deed copy from Sale deed I can apply for EC.
Please suggest
