I Am Committe member of Newly Redevlop CHS Ltd, In our society devloper sold some flats. we yet not give the membership of the society, due to some condtion & promises are not fulfill by the Devloper. Some of the new flat buyer who purchase the flat from Devloper are started demolish the original structure and construct the new structure as per their requirement, without informing society committe, even one of them have cover society's passage area inside their flats and even some area of outside elevation. So pls can any body help me how can we controll on the above matter.
