I am an Indian citizen living and working in London. My wife is a Pakistani citizen and we have been married in the UK since four and half years.
we face a lot of hassle while trying to visit family in India and go through a very frustrating process everytime, strating from visa to entry point to police registration within 24 hours, which i believe attracts some of the human rights issue, including barrier to meet family.
Could I apply PIO successfully for my wife and if there is any establishes case in this regard. I would be happy to talk to a leading lawyer in the area who could provide assistance in gaining a long term visa/PIO with no police reporting.
I reckon lot of celebrities are in that category already. Let me know if you can help.
