Instigating & Insulting Remarks on TV
Under which Section of the IPC do the following instigating remarks relayed on all the National News Channels
1.Farooqe Abdulla urging All Modi Supporters get drowned on the ocean
2.Deren O Bryan (MP of TMC) calling Modi “The Butcher of Gujarat”
Can I as a citizen file a criminal complaint against such remarks?
