File RTI Application and seek laid down norms from BCI, New Delhi. Search in their website as they must have uploaded the laid down procedure. Now you have to get qualified in a common test and the success in eligibility tests is fundamental.  So focus on succeeding the test and then get information from BCI.

1. On the Contrary, "Law Practice", does definetly solve all "financial problems and earning probelms".  Unfortunately you practiced physical & mental "apatheticness".

What have you planned / DOING during the elapsed period of 3 years and before joining law course?

Practice of law is not the only option after LL.B. for earning livlihood.
