Yes. The decision of Bombay HC is right. In what way it is disturbing others? And what about their right to privacy?

Judgement is perfectly convincing. No person can be prosecuted for his person life. Within four wall of room, what a person doing cannot be called as obscenity. Otherwise tomorrow all that happens between husben and wife will be given picture of obsenity.

Yes ! I agree, but instead of such comment, it would have direct the Govt. to restrcit such type of websites, and also ristrict the web/net centers to allow the persons, who are above 21 Yrs with their Identity proof or similer. But, as per the priamble of our contitution no one should prosecute for his personnel affairs or indviduality, except committing of suicide..

Few countries are not allowing to exhibit such sites. Internet is like a book. . It depends upon the   mentality of the browser to seek which one will suit him/her.
