Arup ji, draft the PIL and we will upgrade that with the help of other learned members here and will file. This may be a golden opportunity for you to do something for nation and come up.

Dear Ram Ji:

First of all I congratulate for your initiative. It is really praise worthy. BCCI has nothing to do with welfare of the public at large. It is in no way Indian Team. BCCI is playing with the emotion of innocent indian. It is just earning more and more money by representing itself as Indian Team. It is in realty just a Company.

I am always with you. we must proceed to file PIL for its merging with sports ministry.

Great initiave you will be taking Samudre Ji. Count me in too. 

I see another option. Sports Ministry should start the Bhartiya Cricket Sangh like Bhartiya Hockey Sangh etc. and that make the OFFICIAL INDIAN TEAM and BCCI's team should be declared unauthorised to represent as a Indian National Team. Leave the BCCI at their own. Other private cricket like IPL should be treated under entertaining business like private circus and cinema with justified tax and charges for providing them security and other government infraustracture.

NO IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNACCOUNTABLE CAN BE ALLOWED UTILISING NATIONAL RESOURCES. IN OTHER WORDS WHICH / WHO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AND UNACCUNTABLE TO THE PEOPLE OF INDIA THAT CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO USE NATIONAL RESOURCES.
