is wife not liable for losses araised due to her business while going for divorce?

my earlier question is some what complicated..  wife did first business as proprietress and incurred losses and husband sold his assets to clear the loans and losses. after a decade,  he started some business in which wife also took part in management and made the business into losses for which husband has to sell again is remaining property to clear the losses and facing financial problems to meet the other balance liabilities araised due the second business. if the couple goes for divorce, can husband claim the total loss incurred in her first business and 50 % of total losses in the second business ?

Mr Wilson, In divorce the husband cannot raise that question at all.

In the Divorce Case the Family law will apply and the  grounds & matters connected with it like dissolution of Marriage/divorce  , maintanace  of Spouse &  children and  Childen custody  and theri welfare  will be considered .

The  Business aspects like Partners in Frim, losses , prifits, Assets of the Firm   etc  have to be decided as partners in a Firm , and if there are any  firm or  individual  proerties in the name of  Firm, wife  or in your name  , they may be  adjusted  while settlement of the Firm Acoc*nts and dissolution

Divorce proceedings in the court is designed to entertain and adjudicate the matrimonial disputes and in my opinion the husband cannot claim and even raise the business loss in the matrimonial dispute.
