I have pending DVC case,498 A and maintainance case going on. My spouse side had taken 15 lakhs dowry and 50 tola gold and domestic use articles plus more than 5 lakhs of my salary.
my spouse has provided wrong salary slips with the help of his employers. He earns more than 1 lakh Rs as monthly salary.
How can retrieve Income Tax Return Form through RTI. Does online request work. Kindly advise.
