im working as a NON-EXE in one of the PSU since 3 years(including 1.5 years training, 1 year probition peiod).
Recently i applied for another jos (NON-EXE) in IOCL (PSU) through proper channel. In future do i face any problem in internal promotions (Existing company).
If i seleted in IOCL what are the benefits im goint to get.
