When a person is summoned for hearing in court and he attend the court without failure by rejecting all other important things in his life, And he get information that judge is on leave. Who is responsible for his time? If court summons for hearing, then why they don't summon for cancellation of hearing? Is there any law for this or it's all depends on judge? Please clear this issue. |

If the judge is on leave the matter will be called before the incharge court.
