Judge on leave

When a person is summoned for hearing in court and he attend the court without failure by rejecting all other important things in his life, And he get information that judge is on leave. Who is responsible for his time? If court summons for hearing, then why they don't summon for cancellation of hearing? Is there any law for this or it's all depends on judge? Please clear this issue.

You can write to CJI. Sadly, CJI himself being sent home and must be already packing his bags as he found to be too corrupt. Write to MODI's office. Ah PMO office let Mallya and Nirav, run away. Who will you ask? Ask Justice Karnan, Chalameshwar and gang. They are the best bet for your question.
