Our property case was disposed off on 1st December 2010 and a judgement was passed. My father who is the defendant is no more so I had gone to the Dindoshi court to make an application for the judgement copy. I had to run around a lot to get my work done whioch included making an affidavit and finally I decided to go in for a lawyer who was constantly pegging me whilst I was running around. This lawyer charged me Rs 500. Took me to the 2nd floor and submitted my documents [ within 5 minutes we were done but I was made to simplay run around]. He told me that I should call him in a week and he would collect my judgement copy and judgement deed - I had already paid the lawyer the entire amount. After a week, when I called this lawyer, he did not recognize me and I felt that I have been fleeced. How can I file a complaint against this lawyer. What can be done? Awaiting your advice
