One (W) Company has issued purchase order through E mail from A city to our branch office situated in B city with the conditions= goods to be delivered to (X) company at C city and Account by (Y) Company at C City. We have despatched goods from our plant situated in D city.
(W) company issued us a regret letter in respect of payments not released by (Y) Company. (W) company undertake to pay us payments of the goods. We have not received payments from the parties. Please advise us about Jurisdiction and also tell us can we make party to all of three. ===B.P> Bhardwaj
