Karab land

Dear SIr/Madam,

Please help me with this topics,

 

1. What is pot Karab land ?

2. What is karab Aa ?

3. What is karab B ?

4. Do we get any conpensation for pot karab Aa land if acquried by government ?

5. Do we get any conpensation for por karab B  land if acquired by government ?

It is pot-kharab land which not useful for agricultural cultivation,no tax is levied on that area,but it can be used in NA plots.if all norms of NA are fulfilled.Govt. Has to compensate the kharad land also, but one cannot claim soletenum over it.

Respected sir,

In 1974-75 the land has been alinated and the kahata is also been done, in addition to that we are also paying tax for that.


Earlier In 1906, they had shown that their is a Nala which is  A-kharab. At present, recently they have opposed and constructing a sewage line in this circumstance can we claim compensation, if so in what way we have to approach please guide.
