Land issue

Hi, I am facing a land related issue, where there is a 500 sq yards land and which is divided in to three parts as A,B & C.

A - part is with 100 sq yards

B - part is with 200 sq yards

c -  part is with 200 sq yards

where A part is been occupied by some other landlord and also he occupied the 100 sq yards land in B Part and made the B part land look like A part, and we are the owner of the B part land and we have constructed the house in C part as shown by the landlord who sold the land to us and since from past 12 years we are staying in that C land and we never known that the land is C part but now the C part landlord came and saying that we have constructed the land in his C - Part.

we dont know what to do as we where staying since from 12 years in the C- part and paying all the reliable taxes to government and also we have got panchayath permission for the house construction.

Can anyone  please help me on this issue, where how to proceed further.....

Regards,

Chandra

Nalgonda.

While taking possession of land, one should always ensure that he is taking possession of the right land. This saves lot of litigation in future.  All three persons now have to call a good survey person, get the land identified to the satisfaction of all. As the part B and C are equal in area, the best proposal should be to resolve the issues between your self and the owner of part C and get it registered in the o/o sub-registrar.
