In case the PIL is disposed within 2 days, it implies that the PIL has been dismissed in limni i.e., no notice has been issued to respondent(s).

Consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts posted by you, which are not clear to me.

If PIL is disposed within 2 days,court will issue any order to respondents in favour of petitioner?

What is meant by dismissed in limini sir,can u please explain in details.court doesn't issued any notice or order to respondents so far, what is the case status now??

What is the case number?

It means that the PIL is dismissed i.e.,it has not been admitted and no notice has been issued to respondent(s) for proceeding.

Thank you dr jc vashista sir,now court will issue any final orders in favour of respondents or petitioners after dismissed the PIL.

No further proceeding and orders will be passed when the case (PIL) is already dismissed.

IIt is difficult to forecast how the court is going to come to a conclusion, as you have only posted the conclusion part of the PIL, and not how and for what it was filed. PIL is not a black hole that swallow everything that comes its way, meaning it has its own rules and limitations.  PIL will not be entertained if it is filed on a subject matter between two parties in the realm of private law, extra judicial scores to settle business rivalries, or political rivalries  etc. Function of the Court is to resolve dispute about legal rights and entitlements and protect the rule of law.

How there could be a PIL in a private dispute!

It is a moot court case posted by the author, who is a student, which should have been responded by his professor / tutor / coach.

Cour proceedings of this PIL is not uploaded in the ecourtservices.gov.in website and also court haven't given any final orders or notices to the respondents.it is only showing that case is admission on Tuesday and disposed on Thursday.its been 12 days that PIL is filed in the court.it is showing uncontested with no costs.

Still there would be  a case number? Which High Court?

high court of andhra pradesh and case is disposed within 2 days of filing a PIL . But court didnt issued any orders or notices and even not uploaded the remarks or hearings in the website.
