My father in law created a will, stating that after his death my husband will be the sole owner of the property, but the property is land lord system. After death of my father in law 1) Is the will applicable/valid in land lord system. 2) if my husband surrender flat to land lord does he need NOC from her 3 married sisters? 3) Will land lord give him the money while surrendering the flat? 4) can his sisters demand any property share?
