Smita,

you have not specified where the property is situated, because if there is implementation  of Consolidation  Act ,then  there will be no registration, but if the consolidation scheme is not implemented  there will be registration in Govt. office. In other cicumstance if the land of 10 gunthas has got permission of non-agriculture (N.A. permission) then it wil be registered.

The opinion of Pallavi is accurate

extent is not a critriean for refusing the registration.

Gundlapallis (Advocate)     09 January 2010

Mr. Nali Seshu Kumar is right - for private land extent of land is immaterial.  Unless its govt land Registration authority will not refuse to register.
