Leave wages eligibility during f&f in construction industry

Dear Sir,

During Full & Final Settlement of workmen in construction industry need to pay leave wages as per Factories Act?

Look into:

THE BUILDING AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION WORKERS (REGULATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE) ACT, 1996 (27 of 1996)

and Rules that are on respective state GOvt website e.g;

Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005.
