Legal heir certificate

Respected brainees,

this is shivakumar from salem.

My grandfather was died in 1996.

my father dosent take legal heir certificate.he also died in 2009.(i took legal heir after my father's death)

but my uncle(my father'a younger bro) tok legal heir certificate. Due to family problem we each other didnt speak for so many years.

shall i have a option to apply for legal heir certificate again ?

or   where i get a copy of legal heir certificate..?

is there any idea?????

you would be getting on your fathers legal heir and your uncle will get your grand father legal heir and what you want and why

You need not to worry about that , Just file an application along with an affidavit and death certificate of your father before the Tahasildar to issue the survivors certificate .  Tahasildar has no power to issue legal heirs certificate, court has got the power.  Tahasildar only issue survivors certificate.

i need my grand father's legal heir certificate for property issues. :(The property is in my grandfather name.

Dear Mr. Narasinga,

                                     Please note, that for Legal Heirship Certificate, all the Legal Heirs need to Apply together and you cannot do that by yourself. You are bound to disclose all the Legal heirs to your Grandfather and apply jointly to the Civil court.
