My question was raised on a perspective of defending myself. As the legal witness are no where concerend with my marriage, being government servants the LW's submits that my-inlaws gave dowry to me.
i hav a question for the respected ld members can a Legal Witness in 498a case could be an abettor?
If answer is yes to my question,
i woudl file an RTI agaisnt LW and ask their higher officials to tkae disciplianry action, so that half of my problem woub be solved.
