If any person obtain Letter of Administration to a property, can he/she sell it to somebody else ? Specially in a case where owner of the property is not related to this person & dies without any legal heir. Only on the basis of an affidavit & Indeminity Bond , is she/he able to get a Letter of Administration ? This person DO NOT have any record ( like ration card / school record/ birth record to show family tree) to show her blood relationship to the owner of the property. Owner of property died unmarried & was only legal heir of his family ( In their past 3 generation there ws only single survival), this fact is known to all of us. Suddenely 1 man comes & say he is a far relative of this died owner. Unable to produce any record where their family tree can be established.
Documents related to all this no one is able to give us. Neither Old Custom nor the party himself. How can we challenge such case ?
