The period of Limitation prescribed for appeal against an order of acquittal to the High Court is 90 days from the date of order of acquittal excluding the time taken for issue of certified copy of the impugned order. (Ref. Article 114 (a) of the Limitation Act, 1963 readwith Section 12 of the said Limitation Act)
