LOCUS STANDI IN FALSE PROVED CASES

MR. A (R/O OF LUCKNOW) FILES FALSE CASE AGAINST MR B (R/O OF ALLHABAD) IN LUCKNOW U/S 323,324,452 ETC IN COMPLAINT CASE AND AFTER MUCH STRONG LITIGATION IT IS PROVED THAT MR. A FILED FALSE CASE  AND MR. B IS ACQUITTED.

NOW THE QUESTION IS :

1. WHERE THE CASE BE FILED BY MR. B UNDER DIFFERENT SECTIONS LIKE 34,35,37,120,(A/b)182 ETC ETC. WHETHER THE CASE BE FILED IN LUCKNOW OR IN ALLHABAD.

2. IF THE CASE IS FILED IN  ALLAHABAD  THEN IT IS OK FOR B, BUT IF IT IS FILED IN LUCKNOW THEN MR B SHALL BE IN DISADVANTAGEOUS POSITION SINCE HE SHALL HAVE TO GO TO LUCKNOW FOR EVERY HEARING.

3. WHAT SHOULD BE DONE SO THAT CASE MAY BE FILED IN LUCKNOW WHICH SHALL BE CONFORTAABLE FOR MR B AND HAVING REGARD TO PRINCIPLE OF NATURAL JUSTICE.
