HI,
I have property located in Raigad district near Karjat,have received notice form lawyer for paying of maintainance for common area of complex.the said complex is yet to go for society also amount mentioned in the notice is not as per agreed rate in agreement as agreement has clause of determining same as and when required or demanded by developer,but according to me it is too high for the location,should I reply to this debt collection notice sent by lawyer of developer or ignore it?what if I want to contest this outstanding.?
