Husband is pursing MBA and not doing job.

How much maintenance can wife get?

Irrepsective of his work or study, it is his prime responsibility of the husband to pay the maitenance to wife.

The court will decide how much maintenance to be fixed based on his earning.

Husband is unemployed and pursuing regular MBA.

May be so... but he is dutybound to maintain his wife. However, if the wife is able to maintain herself then, no maintainance will be granted to her.
