Maintenance amount

Hi all

some companies are giving incentives to employees which is not guaranteed pay, the employee may get more or less or nothing at all.

so whether it will be considered when maintenance is calculated even though the employee is getting some amount every month for past few years?

incentive will not be considered in granting maintenance to wife as some get incentives in one year and another they may not get

If incentives are not included in the monthly pay slips, it may not be considered to decide about the quantum of maintenance amount.
