I need guidance regardig the procedure of getting marriage certificate. My wife do not have an I 'D proof which is showing her address proff for my place. all Her I'd's showing address of my In laws place.
Since I have to apply for passport pof my wife( we got married around 6 months back by Hindu Traditional Marriage Fubction ). So some body sugessted me first go for a marriage certificate, and after that all your address proof she can use along with the marriage certificate as her address proof.
1. Procedure to make mariage certificate and wether it will me made in my city court or Her city court.
2. Wether she can use my address proof along with showing marriage certificate.
