I am a resident of madurai,tamilnadu.
I am married with 1 daughter and my wife is pregnant.
My father and mother died recently.
I have death certificates for my parents and legal heirship certificates.
The heirship certificate states that I am the only legal heir.
My wife started a matrimonial dispute with me and left the residence.
She filed a written complaint at the police station that i had beaten her.
There is a bank locker which holds the family jewellery.
My wife has also made a complaint in the police station that the locker holds her personal jewellery.
My wife has also filed a petition in the madurai high court.I received intimation of the petition today.
Please advice me on what my legal options are.I would also like to find out if anyone would be able to represent me in this matter.
I did not want to contact you by mobile as today is a saturday.But if anyone can kindly make the time to contact me i would very much appreciate it.
